How we work — and how you can check
AI-assisted mapping. Human-signed go-live. More tests in the replica — not fewer controls.
Software drafts the inventory, the source-to-target map, the lineage graph, and recon tests. A named person signs that map before anything moves in the replica. You sign scope and any field that can be produced more than one way. We do not skip UAT. We do not let software press production go-live unattended.
That is why we can cover more in-scope columns and generate more tests in the same calendar window than a manual spreadsheet pass — and still hand you artifacts you can audit.
Gates before the replica move
- In-scope inventory, signed
- Pipeline pattern named (see pipelines we run)
- Source-to-target row for every in-scope column
- Lineage graph for in-scope objects
- Dual-origin fields have an authority, or are explicitly out of scope
- A recon test per mapped column, or a signed exception
- Isolated replica standing (part of the engagement)
- Go-live mode named: we run it, or your team runs the tested runbook
If a gate is red, we do not start the move. If scope grows, we change the SOW — we do not silently thin the tests.
Method
The four stages those gates sit in
We rebuild the environment away from production, prove the path, then we can run go-live — or your team can, with the same artifacts.
- 01 · Intake
Inventory and a secure drop
NDA, instances, versions, jobs, and a transfer channel you control. No backups over email.
- 02 · Replica
Isolated rebuild
Schema and agreed artifacts are restored in a sandbox that is not production.
- 03 · Map and test
STTM, lineage, then the move
AI-assisted column map and lineage graph, dual-origin flags, human sign-off, then the upgrade or move in the replica — with tests tied to the map.
- 04 · Deliver
Go-live, or a runbook
We can execute production cutover from the tested path. Or we hand your team verified scripts, diffs, and a written go-live sequence. The SOW says which.
The assessment is how this gets into an SOW
Version, target platform, and whether you need mapping, a replica, and go-live. We reply with a path.
